If you are trying to migrate some older ToolBook files into ToolBook 7 or 8 so that you can take advantage of the DHTML deployment option, you are probably grappling with the question of how to get rid of all the OpenScript code which you have have likely scattered throughout your book. Since OpenScript will not export to DHTML it is not going to do you any good to keep it around but the thought of having to manually go through your book to remove all of this OpenScript may be enough to make you abandon the idea of migrating the book. Using the Script provided here, you can delete all of the OpenScript in a book in a matter of seconds. Warning: This is a very powerful and permanent thing to do to your book. Use at your own risk, and PLEASE keep a backup of your book around for a while...just in case you need it.
